En effet, avant que les prestations de l\u2019\u00c9tat telles que les prestations de l\u2019AI et de la LPP ne soient vers\u00e9es, l\u2019employeur continue de verser le salaire. La dur\u00e9e du maintien du salaire d\u00e9pend de diff\u00e9rents facteurs, dont le nombre d\u2019ann\u00e9es d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 de la collaboratrice ou du collaborateur.<br><br>En souscrivant
